I am running for Palm Coast City Council because I want to be a true voice for our residents. Every day, I see how incompatible development and zoning changes impact our neighborhoods. We are clear-cutting our beautiful greenspaces and filling in wetlands without a real plan to prevent flooding, protect wildlife, or ensure developers—not current taxpayers—foot the bill for new infrastructure. Instead of bringing in the medical offices, retail, and good-paying jobs we actually need, we are seeing traffic, utility bills, and flooding skyrocket while residents' pleas for help are ignored. I am running to change that. I want to protect the irreplaceable natural beauty and quality of life that brought us all to Palm Coast in the first place, and build a safer, healthier, and more sustainable path forward for everyone.
Local government budgets have risen significantly, yet there does not seem to be an increase in public benefit. I want to work with city council to ensure full fiscal transparency and that every dollar spent adds value for the residents.
